Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer store credit for products returned in their original condition that are unopened, in their original packaging.

We only accept items that are shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving item being delivered. If you are wanting to return an item for store credit, you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping. We also highly recommend using a tracking a number when returning an item.

How to return an item:

1 - Contact us using the form below

2- Add your order number in the comments section 

3- We will email you back and provide you with our shipping address for you to send your return to

4- Organise your shipping through your local post office

5- Once your item is received, we will email you your store credit voucher
